Another Big Week

Hey Everyone,

I hope everyone had a good week. I guess the big news is that my big brother Josh got back from his mission on Friday. Super proud of him!

Here in Paraguay, despite the normal bumps of misionary work, we have been having a blast. This weekend we should be having a baptism. Her name is Blasida and told us she wanted to get baptized in our church before she had even come. He had given her a few lessons and we were a little worried that she wasnt as interested as we had hoped and right when we were thinking about slowing down the visits she told us she knew she needed to get baptized. So we explained that all she really needed then was to astart coming to church (just a small detail really). But after we expalineda little more detail she began attending and now has a crazy strong testimony and has started bringing her whole family. We are super excited and loved watching her progress.

The other big news of the week is that although our area is about 4 and a half hours from Asuncion we got to travel yesterday with our Mission president to the city becasue my companion has a doctors appointment tomorrow morning. We have been enjoying our day in the city becasue our area is in the middle of nowhere. Its been a while since we have seen any kind of civilization. But things are going well. You dont need to worry about my companion he will be okay, just a check up for something ahe had a while ago. Have a goood week everyone!

Hey Everyone, I hope you all had a good week. Down here in Paraguay things are going well. I am loving my new area and, and my companion Elder Castro has a ton of energy, so we are gonna kill it. It has been beyond HOT this past week, like almost 110 with humidity. But we are still out everyday trying to teach people about Jesus Christ. Maybe this will sound obvious to all of you, but I have been thinking about how important it is to share this message we have with everyone we know. The gospel of Jesus Christ and all that he did for us is so important. I am so grateful for the knowledge that I have about Jesus, about his plan for me and how I can be like him. As I try harder and harder each day to be like my Savior I can see that it is not easy. He never had it easy as long as he lived and as long as I am trying to be like him it will never get easier. Mission Release Appointment with President Judd and Report to Napa Stake High Council

Elder Seibert, President Judd has received notification that you will be returning from your mission on July 11 th . He has asked me to schedule your release interview at 645 that evening at the Stake Center.  President Judd would like to meet with you and your immediate family in your mission release interview. These interviews typically include some time with you, the missionary and President Judd; followed by some time with available immediate family members. During the personal interview, President Judd will be reviewing My Plan which should be provided to you in your mission, typically sometime in the last 4-6 weeks of your mission. Ideally, you will have this document for review and preparation prior to your return. If you are unable to obtain a copy I can email a PDF to you, just let me know.
