Missionary Work

Hey Everyone,

Hope you all had a good week. Down here in Paraguay things are going well. I am sorry that I really dont have too much to say. I guess the big highlight of the week is that I gave a talk yesterday at church. I got a call at 715 Sunday morning from one of the counselors in my branch. I am just glad he was nice to me and asked that I speak on Missionary Work. I turned out pretty good. I really only ended up having about 10 minutes total to prepare the talk and I gave a 15 minute talk so, I actually impressed myself. (Don't forget that was in my second language).

Anyway, not going to toot my own horn anymore, it is just weird because before I came out here it would have been at least a few hour process in total to write a talk like that. Now I can actually just talk.

The funniest part about the whole thing to me was that after the meeting. Hermano Coronel (the counselor) told me "sorry for the short notice about the talk. I meant to tell you last night that we wanted you to speak."

Anyway, it was a pretty good week. We are still trying to get our investigator pool back to normal. We are finding people but it has been kind of slow since I got here. But we keep working hard.

Love,

Elder Seibert

Cool Bird, and also I got a sweet Team USA soccer Jersey today. Also a weird statue in Concepción.
